SHIPPING & HANDLING

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

We are pleased to be freighting our wines throughout South Australia by supporting local small courier businesses. Delivery may take up to 7 working days from time of order placement. A tracking link is not always available through our selected transporters but please feel free to contact orders@gemtreewines.com should you require further information about your expected delivery. If you would like to have your parcel left at your address if you are not there, at the checkout please tick the box that you give authority for the delivery to be left and provide the instructions for the location e.g., under side verandah.

REST OF AUSTRALIA

We are pleased to be freighting our wines interstate through the Australia Post Wine Service. Delivery may take up to 10-14 working days from time of order placement. You can expect to receive an email or SMS from Australia Post providing tracking details for your order. Australia Post have advised that all parcels – be it at a Post Office box or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. If you would like to have your parcel left at your address if you are not there, rather than needing to go to the post office to collect it, at the checkout please tick the box that you give authority for the delivery to be left and provide the instructions for the location e.g., under side verandah.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you provide authority to leave the delivery, Gemtree Wines is not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel once delivery has been confirmed.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all delivery information is correct at the time of placing an order. Non-delivery due to inaccurate information, inability to gain access to the premises or unforeseen circumstances will be charged as per the agreed prices. Any re-deliveries or redirection to a new address that occur due to incorrect address details, if the recipient is unavailable for delivery or for any of the above stated reasons, will incur an additional delivery fee.
