Nose This Small Batch Fiano has instant appeal with inviting aromas of freshly baked brioche, custard and lemon curd, with underlying notes of ripe pear flesh, oyster shell and wet stone.

Palate Soft, plush stone fruit flavours and citrus sweetness give way to a palate of length and tension, supported by fine tannins and a mineral mouthfeel developed over six months in concrete fermenters with regular lees stirring. Bright, with crisp acidity, the textural mouthfeel and layered complexity are highlights of this expressive McLaren Vale Fiano.
